Our family had an incredible 8-night stay at Tivoli. The hotel's superb facilities, including pools, restaurants, and a spa, exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, even arranging a doctor's visit for our sick daughter. The spacious, well-maintained rooms offered stunning views of the pool and ocean. The hotel's prime location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and nearby cafes, was an added bonus.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the range of amenities available at the hotel. The pool was well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Parking was convenient and the staff was incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed running along the beach promenade, which was right in front of the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa centre, and sauna provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. the stunning garden area with palm trees and ocean views truly created an exclusive atmosphere. I also enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the snack bar by the pool. the entertainment was a nice bonus.

The only minor issue was the slow service at the restaurant. Despite the friendly staff, waiting for our meal took longer than anticipated.

During my recent New Year stay, I had a great experience at this resort. the rooms were comfortable with beautiful views and the staff was helpful and friendly. the location was key, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Another great advantage was the warm and welcoming ambiance of the resort.

One of the areas for improvement would be the pool area. There were not enough chairs or umbrellas available, making it difficult to find a spot in the sun.

The hotel is ideally located between El Duque and the small fishing village of La Caleta, making it easy to explore both areas. Guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll to nearby shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. the hotel caters to dietary needs, with clearly labeled allergens on the buffet. The rooms are spacious, and the free bottled water replenished daily is a nice touch.

The entertainment in the evening may be lacking for families with teenagers.

My partner and I stayed at Tivoli for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Peter at reception, were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. They allowed us an early check-in, provided complimentary coffee while we waited, and even arranged breakfast by the pool in the Club lounge. The pool area was marvelous, the room was comfortable and calm, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. the hotel had great facilities, friendly staff, and a convenient location near the beach and Fish restaurants. Stayed at Tivoli for a week-long relaxation getaway. The room was well-equipped, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the pool area was beautifully maintained. The breakfast was divine, offering plenty of variety. The hotel had a pleasant scent throughout and was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the ocean and close to a selection of fish restaurants. a fantastic stay at Tivoli!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly reception staff, including Peter, who provided excellent hospitality. the room was spacious and had a stunning view, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. the hotel had lovely gardens and a sea view, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with its wide selection of options. the pool, bar, and restaurant all offered great service. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
