We visited the charming Gracia neighborhood during our stay, where my kids enjoyed local festivities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, responding promptly to our room requests. The rooftop bar was a fantastic spot to relax after a long day exploring the city with family.

the 'rooftop pool' is basically a crowded bathtub, and the staff only seemed to notice the chaos when I pointed it out, how nice of them. Also, I was told to fetch my own utensils from the 7th floor—not what I call luxury. a welcome gift wouldve brightened my stay but of course, that didn't happen.

Although our room was a bit warm, a tower fan provided by the reception helped cool things down significantly, ensuring comfort during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like the rooftop pool, fitness center, 24-hour reception, and a lovely coffee shop. I still remember how the staff helped return my forgotten earphones during my first stay. Always a great experience! I’m coming back for a new year!

We loved our external terrace room, so much sun! The huge fridge was a lifesaver for keeping our drinks cold. Staff were super friendly and made renting a car easy-peasy. The rooftop bar had a chill vibe, but it could use a few more options for snacks. All in all, fab stay!

We loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond, especially Gabi, who helped us navigate transport issues. The breakfast had a great selection, and the nearby restaurants made dining easy. Just be aware that the rooftop pool was closed for renovation during our visit. Highly recommend checking it out!
