As adventure travelers, we loved the proximity of the hotel to 6 Flags, just a 20-minute drive away. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Joe at the front desk. The pool, although smaller than expected, was rarely crowded, allowing us to enjoy it privately. The rooms were clean and spacious, with Keurigs for all the coffee lovers. The free breakfast offered a variety of options, including yogurt, pancakes, omelets, and more.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Windsor Locks for a 5-night trip. The homemade omelets at breakfast were excellent, and I appreciated the variety of other food choices available. It was a bonus that food and coffee were available all day. The hotel was very clean and well staffed, with everyone being pleasant and friendly. Special mentions to the woman who made breakfast and the gentleman at the front desk who made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. The location was convenient, with easy parking and nearby amenities like gas stations, restaurants, and the airport. The air conditioning worked well too.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The room was great, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Bonus: Keurig with Green Mountain KCups! The breakfast smelled great and the woman handling the area was very sweet to the guests she was serving. The wake-up call and shuttle service were also wonderful. We were so impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and relaxing atmosphere.

We got great value for our money at Holiday Inn Express near Bradley Airport. The room was cozy and had all the amenities we needed, like a Keurig machine. The hotel's close proximity to the airport made our early morning flight super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially considering my special needs. They even had fresh coffee and portable snacks for us early risers in the breakfast area.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better at the hotel was if they had made grab-and-go items available for guests who had to leave before the official breakfast time.

I stayed at your hotel 9/3-9/5 with my family. We had a great time visiting 6 Flags, which was a bit further away but the superb customer service made it worth it. The staff, especially Joe at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable bed linens and plenty of outlets for USB and regular plugs. We enjoyed the pool and made use of the Keurigs in the rooms. The free breakfast had a variety of options and we found it quite good. Thank you for the wonderful service!

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express! the room was clean and quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the hotel was well-prepared and had sanitizer stations everywhere, which was reassuring during these times. They were incredibly organized, even knowing our room when we walked into the lobby. the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and the bathroom in our room was spacious. the staff members, from the maids to the kitchen manager, were all polite and helpful. It's clear that they truly care about their guests' experience. it was a smooth and enjoyable stay.
