We had a seamless check-in and check-out process at Singularstays Mar44, with clear instructions provided over the phone. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the staff promptly addressed any issues we had, including replacing the TV and fixing the AC and terrace door. the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom had good water pressure and hot water, and the kitchen was well-equipped. the location was central and convenient, with shops, transport links, and attractions within walking distance.

Bright apartments with a terrace for sunbathing and bird-watching. A bus ride away from a city-sized science project. Bars and restaurants galore. Late arrival requests need a stamp of approval.

Can't believe they didn't have an airport shuttle with a rollercoaster ride option. So inconvenient.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Lorena and Maria, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect! It was just a short walk to the main attractions and the cathedral. The check-in process was also fantastic, with clear instructions and codes provided to access the apartment. I loved the welcome kit that was provided, it was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel.

Some trouble with the Wi-Fi connection. It wasn't a major issue, but it did cause a bit of inconvenience when trying to use my devices.

singularstays mar44 was the perfect choice for our stay in valencia. the apartment's great location and well-maintained condition exceeded our expectations. daily supplies like coffee machine, detergent, and cleaning supplies made our stay even more convenient. the open courtyard added a nice touch to our relaxation.

One small hiccup, staff could have been more helpful with our luggage.

We stayed at Singularstays Mar44 for 5 nights during our visit to Valencia. The check-in process was hassle-free, with clear instructions provided over the phone and through a lockbox. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The quick response to our requests for a TV remote replacement, AC check, and door repair was impressive. The staff member who showed us the apartment was friendly and spoke excellent English.

We highly recommend this hotel.
