My Christmas stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city with all the attractions within walking distance. The spacious room was modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. I especially loved the fact that there were two bathrooms, making it convenient for my family. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

While my stay at this hotel was almost perfect, there was one minor issue that bothered me. In the main bedroom and bathroom, there was a slight unpleasant smell, possibly coming from a bathroom pipe or sewer.

Slow Suites Bellas Artes gave us great value for our money. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean. The location in the Huertas area was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Location, comfort and spaciousness. Slow Suites Bellas Artes exceeded my expectations. We had a large and small apartment, allowing us to share the space comfortably. the location is brilliant, especially for exploring the nearby galleries. the facilities, including the L'Or coffee machine, added to the overall comfort of our stay. the rooms were wide, clean, and incredibly comfortable. the neighborhood felt safe and calm, with the added convenience of being close to the city center and public transportation. the automated check-in process and the option to leave luggage in lockers made our arrival and departure hassle-free.

It was just a short walk to Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. the highlight was the lovely terrace, where I enjoyed relaxing both in the morning and evening. the property provided excellent service, promptly attending to any issues I had, such as a problem with the AC. They even allowed me to have a later check-out, which was a big help. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The well-equipped kitchen and bathroom were a great plus, and the presence of a lift made it easy to navigate. The hotel's excellent communication and seamless check-in and check-out process further added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. With no noise disturbances and great Wi-Fi, it was truly a pleasant and stress-free experience.

The room at Slow Suites Bellas Artes was absolutely mind-blowing! It was incredibly spacious with a large living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our family of five, and there was even a comfy pull out couch for two more people. The location was super convenient and the apartment was extremely clean and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find bottles of water and coffee waiting for us, making us feel right at home. The receptionist, Vencislav, was incredibly kind and helpful, recommending great restaurants and giving us all the information we needed about the city. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and even though I was a bit anxious about getting the door codes, they were promptly sent to me via email. our stay was absolutely jaw-dropping and we would highly recommend it!

The apartment we booked was misrepresented as having a terrace, which was one of the reasons we chose it. In one of the bedrooms, there was no wardrobe or storage space.
