the stay at residence le cristal de jade in chamonix exceeded my expectations. the comfortable beds and well-furnished apartments, along with the beautiful mountain view from the balcony, made our stay enjoyable. the staff were extremely nice and helpful, adding to the positive experience.

This place is perfect for trekkers and group of friends. It's conveniently located right next to the Agui du Midi cable car, making it easy to access the stunning mountain trails. You can also easily hop on the Chamonix buses or take a short walk to the city centre for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great views of the paragliders coming down. The bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, they have spa facilities and a fitness center to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking.

The spa facilities, particularly the hot tub and hammam, could be improved.

Great balcony with views, lucky to avoid a nearby construction site. No air conditioning, but manageable. Lovely apartments with some minor issues, like power outages. Sauna and steam room facilities were a nice bonus. Cozy, clean, and excellent customer service. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms in superb, spacious rooms. Convenient location near cable car and city center. Will return!

We had a great new year experience with complementary drinks and snacks, and a stunning view of the mountains. The location was perfect as it was near the ski slopes and restaurants. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen and ample space to accommodate a family.

The WiFi was unreliable during our stay, often cutting out. the apartment lacked privacy when the heavy drapes were opened, making it difficult to let light in without feeling exposed.

During my recent stay at a charming accommodation in Chamonix, I was impressed by the beautiful decor and the well-equipped apartment. The spacious balcony provided a lovely spot to relax, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. The value for money was excellent, making it a worthwhile choice for travelers on a budget.

Despite the slight inconvenience of the distance from the ski lift, the availability of parking at all lifts and the free shuttle service made up for it. Additionally, the apartment looked exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Nothing for me.

This hotel is a true oasis of luxury and relaxation. The spa and wellness centre is nothing short of impressive, with a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a variety of treatments including massages and body wraps. The sauna and steam room were a real treat, and the spa lounge was a great way to unwind. The heated swimming pool and sun loungers in the outdoor dining area were welcoming additions to help us relax and take in the beautiful location.

Although overall this hotel met all our expectations, we did note that there were some minor issues. The location was a bit difficult to find and the entrance was not immediately obvious.

Loved the access to all the fancy facilities like the posh swimming pool, fitness room, and spa. The fancy decor and modern amenities gave me serious mountain vibes.

I just adored not being able to find an open supermarket nearby. Who needs food anyway?
