We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The overall design and attention to detail created a chic and relaxed atmosphere that we adored. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by the range of amenities in our room, such as the hand steamer and powerful hairdryer. The quality of the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided was also exceptional, especially for long-haired women like us. The room itself was pristine and had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like retro light switches and a plug next to the mirror for convenience. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop terrace, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The atmosphere was great, perfect for meeting and mingling. The hotel's quirky vibe set it apart from the typical chain hotels. The room was brilliant with a delightful rooftop terrace/restaurant. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Southbank and close to Waterloo station.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Borough Market and plenty of lovely restaurants right on the doorstep. The room was comfortable and clean, with amenities such as a fridge and USB plug sockets. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooftop restaurant, Albie, offered a delightful dining experience with great views.

The breakfast options were limited, with only a short a la carte egg menu available.

The location was absolutely fabulous, with everything within walking distance, including convenient transportation options. During my xmas trip, I had a wonderful stay at a beautifully designed hotel. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary pancakes to start the day and amazing cocktails in the evening. the location was also great, within walking distance to Regent Street and close to a tube station. the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

That the rooms were quite small, which is typical for the city, and some of the staff were stand-offish. There was also a bit of a wait for breakfast at peak times.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is absolutely perfect for those wanting to explore and stroll along the river. The service was fantastic- from the reception desk to the bar in the lobby, and the person on the door. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely and had great amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a terrace with an amazing view. The bed was so comfortable and we also had a hair dryer, free toiletries, bath/shower, electric kettle, television, and flat-screen tv which was great.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
