I recently stayed at Innside in Benidorm for a relaxing beach getaway. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with a pool for sunbathing. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the aqua aerobics instructor and the saxophone player. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and a balcony. The evening meal buffet was excellent, with plenty of tasty choices. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money was great, with a spacious room and a fantastic sea-view balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the beach and away from rowdy bars. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Souad who made delicious omelettes in the morning.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and close to a variety of bars and restaurants. It was also within walking distance to both the old town and the lively strip. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. One of the best aspects was the helpful staff, who made our stay enjoyable and provided great service.

The pool area was cramped and there were not enough sunbeds, which were closely packed together. the evening entertainment was catered more towards Spanish guests, which meant we couldn't fully enjoy it.

Stayed over Xmas. Great weather. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, including champagne. the hotel had an ideal location close to both the beach and town center. Great for those who want to be in the middle of the action.

The pool area was crowded with limited loungers. the food served at dinner was of average quality.

The rooms were lovely and clean, with great air conditioning to keep us comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast, offering a wide selection of options to start our day. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stunning sea view from my room. The sound of waves lapping on the beach was so relaxing. The modern and clean room had a wet-room style bathroom. Although there were no amenities, the hairdryer and wall-mounted shampoo & soap were sufficient. The location was perfect, right on the beach. I loved being able to stroll onto the promenade and enjoy a Costa Coffee or lazy lunch at one of the terrace cafes. People-watching from the balcony was a highlight. Despite a few drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a beachfront getaway.

I stayed at Innside for my 40th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The staff, especially Marina, were incredibly welcoming and even sent cava to our room for our anniversary. The hotel location is ideal, right on the beach walkway. The rooms were bright, clean, and the bathrooms were spacious. The hotel maintained a lovely atmosphere throughout our entire stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing early check-in and storing our luggage. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to shops and bars. The food was delicious, particularly the lunch options, and the views from the balcony were exceptional.
