The cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds were definitely highlights of my stay. The staff were also very welcoming and provided good customer service. the hotel's location was perfect, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach.

There were a few disappointing aspects. the advertised hotel pool was unfortunately closed for the duration of my stay.

We had a great experience at a hotel near the beach. The staff at Sol Y Sombra were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and excellent value for money. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the center and shops. The rooftop pool was a highlight, perfect for sunbathing. The food at the hotel was good, with a wide selection and generous meal times. a good hotel with good customer service.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel. Check-in was easy and the receptionist even took the time to show us where the parking was located. The safe in our room had a problem, but someone came up immediately to fix it. The room was clean, albeit a bit dated, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated in the old town area.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a safe and convenient parking lot available for guests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was located in a quiet area, making my stay there peaceful and pleasant.

The hotel lacked proper language communication as the staff did not speak English proficiently, making it difficult to communicate with them. Also, at busy times, the dining area was overcrowded, causing long queues to get drinks.

Recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect location close to the old town. The room was spacious with a large balcony, and the pool was nice and quiet before 3pm. Reception staff provided good customer service, promptly addressing any concerns. The hotel was surprisingly peaceful, with no rowdy noises at night or in the morning. a satisfying stay.

Would recommend this hotel.
