We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, including an outdoor seating area and an option for air conditioning in the rooms. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Had a great new year at this cozy and charming guest house! The hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and full of character, with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast included. What we loved the most was the location – walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Plus, the stunning beach was just a short stroll away.

The noise level at night. We could hear some street noise, but it didn't affect our stay too much. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in a great location.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival at this guest house. The owner was friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived a bit early. Although parking at the rear was limited, we were able to utilize the off-road car park at the back for a small fee, which worked out well for us. The location was convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of town. The breakfast was delicious, especially the sausage. We did encounter a minor issue with the shower, but overall, our stay was lovely. If we ever return to this area, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Patricia with my family for a few days and we absolutely loved it. The hotel is easy to find and we felt warmly welcomed right from the start. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed, including stations outside the rooms where we could help ourselves to additional amenities. The owners, Joe and Liliya, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and a personal touch. The hotel was always immaculately clean and the breakfasts were outstanding, with fresh orange juice and a delightful fruit platter. We can't wait to go back!

Recently stayed at a guest house in a beautiful coastal town. Our host, Rob, was incredibly helpful when it came to accommodating our large group and showing genuine care towards us upon arrival. While the car parking situation was tight, we had access to alternate spaces nearby. The bedrooms were modern, spotlessly clean, and featured wonderfully comfortable mattresses. A great stay overall. Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean, with friendly staff. It was conveniently located close to the seafront, making it easy for us to walk to the beach or the shops. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. we had a great experience and would highly recommend it, especially if you're planning an overnight stop to see a show at the nearby theater.
