We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel - unfortunately only for 2 nights. It is elegant and classy throughout. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. The hotel is located just a short walk from a beautiful beach and a variety of bars and restaurants. The pool area and gardens are well-maintained and provide a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The room was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. The shower was great and the decor was lovely.

The location was a bit out of the way, but it was still within walking distance to the main beach and a short taxi ride to Magaluf.

Had a lovely xmas break here. the rooms were clean and well-appointed. the location was great, with a beautiful beach nearby and easy access to restaurants and shops. And the spa facilities were a nice added bonus.

There were a few drawbacks. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective and we ended up feeling too warm at night.

The gym has a great variety of equipment. The spa is perfect for relaxing in the cooler months. The breakfast and dinner buffet offers a wide range of options. The modern and comfortable rooms are suitable for those with physical handicaps.

uncomfortable beds

The beach nearby has poor quality sand and difficult entry into the sea, which can be disappointing for those looking for a pristine beach experience.

The hotel is ideally placed just on the outskirts of Palma Nova, making it convenient to explore the main area. It also boasts a private beach area with a pontoon, providing a beautiful and secluded spot to relax. the "secret garden" area next to the spa adds a charming touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Some guests have mentioned that there is a lack of shade by the pool, which might be inconvenient during hot summer days.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel was very clean and modern. the breakfast had a good variety of food and the terrace was lovely to sit on. the location was perfect, close to the airport and easy access to the city.

The beds were uncomfortable and too hard for our liking. Street parking was a bit of a hassle, as we struggled to find a spot on some days.

The hotel had recently been refurbished, giving it a fresh and modern look. the location was great, with easy access to the nearby town of Palmanova and its many dining options. - the staff at reception were friendly and spoke good English, making check-in and communication easy.

The restaurant manager had unnecessary dress code requirements for a casual dining experience. The pool area was often crowded, making it difficult to find a sun lounger.
