Very friendly and fast hotel service. The extensive breakfast buffet offered a great variety and even had Halal options. Convenient central location and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Centrally located in the heart of the town, this hotel offers convenience like no other. You'll have access to good restaurants, with one just opposite the hotel. Plus, it's just a short stroll away from the famous Lee Garden night market where you can find all sorts of local delicacies and shopping streets.

The furniture in the room feels a bit old and dirty, in need of an upgrade. And there are very few power points available, making it inconvenient to charge your devices.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Hat Yai, and I must say I was quite impressed. The hotel is located right in the middle of a bustling shopping area, which made it extremely convenient for me to explore and shop. There were plenty of food options available almost 24/7, with a 711 just a short walk away. I particularly loved the Tunnel market managed by the hotel, where I could enjoy delicious and clean roti, pad thai, and refreshing drinks. The hotel staff were sweet and helpful, even though English communication was a bit challenging at times. I booked a car through the hotel tour guide and the driver was courteous and nice. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

My experience at this place was fantastic. The only minor drawback was that the pool was not that big and there were sometimes screaming children, which can be a bit noisy.

The room was clean and comfortable, with great water pressure and hot water. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city near shopping and halal eateries. the lounge with live music was a bonus and made for a relaxing evening.
