Excellent property management, convenient kitchen, great location, helpful staff

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many great tapas restaurants just a short walk away. It is also in the city center, making it convenient to explore the area. the hotel is situated in a good neighborhood, providing a safe and enjoyable stay.

Some customers experienced noise disturbances from other guests, which affected their overall experience.

Lovely Suites, warm welcome at midnight. Husain fixed the air conditioning promptly. The daily cleaning and turn down service was a lovely touch. The staff were helpful with sight tours and suggested great local bars and restaurants. I highly recommend these Suites for their excellent service and great location.

Immaculate cleanliness, well-stocked toilets, convenient location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, responsive and friendly host, home-like feeling.

Loved the spacious apartment and the convenient location near plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment was newly renovated and had all the amenities we needed. Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even helped us with laundry. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch too.

Hated the noise from nearby clubs and the lack of soundproofing. It made it difficult to sleep at night, especially on weekends.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious and well-equipped room at Vale Suites. The kitchen facilities were great for preparing my own meals, and the separate bedrooms provided privacy. The location was convenient with easy access to metro and bus lines.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.
