Couldn't fault

I recently stayed at Arabella Azur Resort for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and the all inclusive food was delicious, especially at the restaurant over the sea. The spacious room had everything we needed and the view of the sea and lagoon was exceptional. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere. A special shoutout to Mr. Adel Moustafa, Mr. Hany Selim, and Mr. Khaled Ibrahim for their exceptional service and making our stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of dishes from different countries. The staff, especially Mr. Gomaa, were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was good and cooperative. The beach and pool were clean and well-maintained. The car parking had a sun shed, which was convenient.

This resort is perfect if you're looking for a relaxing holiday, with great beaches nearby and an ideal distance from the downtown area. The indoor restaurant serves a lovely cup of tea, while the reef beach is perfect for snorkelling. The service is efficient and the rooms are well maintained, complete with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Every morning, the breakfast selection is varied and always delicious. Take advantage of the various facilities, including two pools and numerous sun loungers. Plus, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool or the sea from many rooms.

One downside is the lack of free WiFi, but thankfully, there are plenty of other ways to keep yourself entertained.

The architecture of the hotel was unique and charming, with Nubian style buildings and beautiful white domes. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable.

The food was not up to my expectations, with some items being inedible and the drinks being overly sweet. the cleanliness of some areas of the hotel was lacking, giving the impression of a construction site.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the seafront with beautiful views of the bay and yachts. The staff is friendly and offers excellent service. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast includes pasta and other options to start your day.

The check-out process could be faster.

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, und ich genoss den Blick auf den nahegelegenen Park und Bahnhof. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf meine Wünsche. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Die U-Bahn ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, was es einfach macht, die Stadt zu erkunden.

I had a great value for my money at Arabella Azur Resort. The room was comfortable with a lovely garden view and a small balcony. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the city of Hurghada. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

During our stay at Arabella Azur Resort, we were amazed by the stunning architecture and the beautiful location right by the sea.
