Animation team and daily activities. Fantastic gym and tennis courts, spacious and clean rooms in adult-only area. Courteous checkout process with courtesy room. Well-maintained property.

Everything was spot on. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the heated swimming pools. The location in a fairly quiet area of the resort was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the animation team who put on great shows and activities for both kids and adults. The transportation to the nearby sandy beach was convenient and the breakfast options were diverse and delicious.

We had a fantastic holiday at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their face, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, and it was only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches. We also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as the 24-hour room service, spa & wellness center, and the option to hire bicycles to explore the surroundings. The food options were plentiful, with a range of delicious choices available. the service and comfort provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The resort is located in a relatively quiet area of the extensive grounds, making it a peaceful place to stay. The Junior Suite rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, with features like a walk-in wardrobe and double shower. The resort offers a range of facilities, including a well-equipped gym and spa, as well as various restaurants with a good selection of food. The breakfast buffet is a standout, with plenty of options to choose from.

The entertainment on some nights can be hit or miss.

Clean, spacious room with garden view. Good food options beyond burgers and pizzas. Heated toddler pools available. Alcoholic drinks are tasty. Breakfast is satisfying. Gorgeous beach near dunes accessible by shuttle despite challenging weather and jellyfish. Fantastic and helpful front desk staff. Superb all-inclusive offering at a reasonable cost. Location is good for beach access but far from town. Great selection of food and drink. Adult-only dining areas and exclusive restaurants available, must be reserved in advance. Excellent facilities including pools, spa, bars, and restaurants. Accommodation is well-maintained and spacious. Daytime activities like volleyball and water-polo provide opportunities to meet friends. Lovely atmosphere and wonderful staff/service. Nice touches like free bus to the main beach and option to purchase a picnic for €2.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel on a much-needed getaway. This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff, from the receptionist to the entertainment team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home, especially Karen in the premium bar who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic time.

We recently stayed at a hotel during the Christmas period and had mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, we really enjoyed the great shower in our room and the warm and sunny weather. the hotel was located in a convenient area that allowed us to easily access popular attractions and shopping centers.

There were also several negative aspects of our stay at the hotel. the food quality was extremely poor and repetitive, and we found ourselves struggling to find decent options on a daily basis.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its amazing location near the marina and beautiful beaches. We were delighted to be upgraded to the premium section, where we enjoyed the tranquility and comfort of the jacuzzi seats and cozy sunbeds. the staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing our concerns. the gardens were simply breathtaking, with vibrant flowers, plants, and trees. the food options were fantastic, offering something for everyone's taste.

the bathroom door had no lock, which was inconvenient. the quality of the food during the day could have been improved, with a lack of snack options.

Great suite with a view overlooking the pool. the balcony had sun all day. the room was clean, bed comfy, and the bathroom had a great shower. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the food was good and there was plenty of it. the bus to the beach was convenient and the beach itself was beautiful.

The Premium Club was not worth the extra cost. the check-in experience was poor, with no help for luggage and no explanation of the premium facilities.
