We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it is situated right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants, and the fact that it's on a pedestrian street made it even better. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. We also appreciated the view from our room, as we had two balconies and plenty of natural light streaming in.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities and services provided, such as airport shuttle, room service, and tour assistance, were top-notch.

Central Location: the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the popular attractions and landmarks that the city had to offer.

Lack of Amenities: One downside of the hotel was the lack of amenities provided. Outdated Rooms: the rooms at the hotel were quite outdated and in need of some renovations.

Nous avons séjourné dans une petite chambre mignonne avec des poutres apparentes et une vue sur la mer. La chambre était équipée d'une télévision et la salle de bain était en bon état. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était idéal, juste à côté du port et au centre-ville, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des restaurants et de la plage proches. Le personnel a été accueillant et sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner était également très satisfaisant.

L'insonorisation de la chambre laissait à désirer, ce qui nous permettait d'entendre les bruits des voisins.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for sightseeing. It was within easy walking distance to all the museums, the Royal Palace, and there were nearby metro stops. the area was also filled with cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for meals and shopping. the apartment itself was stylishly decorated with nice furniture and plenty of natural light, which made the space feel spacious and inviting.

The noise levels in the hotel were incredibly high, even with the windows closed. the constant traffic noise from outside and the noise from nearby bars kept me up all night.

We stayed at Suite Prado for three nights while traveling with our 1-year-old daughter. The room was spacious and clean, which was important to us. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the wifi was surprisingly strong. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and we were even allowed to bring our small dog. The receptionist was very helpful, and the breakfast, though basic, was brought to us at the time we requested. a great stay.

The room was also very quiet, thanks to the soundproofed windows. we were impressed with the level of comfort and the quality of service provided at this venue.
