The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient and easy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and provide recommendations. Another great aspect was the size of the room, it was spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

One thing that could have been improved was the quality of the towels provided. They were thin and felt quite old, it would have been nice to have thicker and more luxurious towels.

We stayed at Suites Murillo for two nights and were impressed by the variety of welcome drinks and snacks provided in our room for free. The friendly reception staff offered helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and accommodated our late check-out request. The daily cleaning service made us feel like we were staying in a hotel rather than an apartment. The convenient location, just a two-minute walk from the Cathedral, and the cozy room decoration made our stay even more enjoyable.

What a wonderful place. The location is amazing, within walking distance of top attractions, restaurants, and shops. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who provided helpful information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. a perfect spot for a romantic escape.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The throw rug in the room was stained, which was a bit disappointing.

Stayed for a week in apartment 6 with great street views. Very clean, quiet, and well equipped. Perfect location near restaurants and shops. Friendly staff from sister sites. Convenient walking distance to tourist spots. Fast and quiet elevator. Impressed by the attention to cleanliness, with a taped "disinfected" label on the toilet.
