I had a fantastic stay in a historic palace, in the heart of the city. It was great to be within walking distance of all the attractions, especially the Duomo. The room was beautifully decorated with stunning frescoes, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The breakfast was satisfactory, but could have been more inspired. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and lovely rooms.

The noise from the stone floors was a bit bothersome in the mornings.

The hotel is located in a historic building in a prime location, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions in the city center. The value for money is excellent considering the prices and the attention to detail. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with basic amenities and even a hairdryer-sized electric heater. Some rooms have balconies overlooking an interior quadrangle, offering a pleasant view. The breakfast, while served by a quite grumpy waitress, is sufficient and starts promptly at 9:20.

The rooms at this hotel were absolutely stunning and elegant. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was superb, creating a grand and stylish atmosphere. The spaciousness of the rooms was a pleasant surprise, as was the sparkling cleanliness of the bathrooms. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to excellent restaurants, bars, and shopping options.

While this was frustrating, the staff did accommodate us at a nearby hotel for our final night.

The breakfast provided a wide range of options and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The location in this city was in a prime area in close proximity to many attractions.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location was perfect and gave me easy access to the city center where I enjoyed various Christmas events and activities. I loved the cozy atmosphere in my room and the comfortable bed that allowed me to relax and sleep peacefully.

My stay was not without some issues. the noise level from the nearby street kept me up at night, and the breakfast was mediocre at best.
