The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun, and the location was perfect - just a short bus ride away from both the city center and the stunning local beaches. Not to mention, the location was perfect - close to the marina and a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Illetes. Super cozy apartment in a local neighborhood, close to Cala Major and a 25 min walk to the old town. Staff provided excellent service. the apartment is well equipped, with top cooking gear and heated bathroom floors. the warm reception by the staff was amazing. There is an option for parking in the building.

The view from the balcony overlooked other buildings at the back. the swimming pool was more of a 'dipping' pool.

We had a fantastic time staying at Terreno Studios. the apartment was beautifully designed, spacious, and trendy. the pool area was especially great for families with young children, as it was shallow and safe. the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with any request.

The apartment at Terreno Studios was absolutely fantastic! It was spacious, modern, and well-furnished. The double bed and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable, and we had a big balcony with sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine. The bathroom was also a great size and very accessible. The location just outside of Palma city was perfect for us, with plenty of lovely places to eat and drink within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering great recommendations and assistance. We had such a great stay that when our taxi didn't arrive, they even offered to drive us to the airport themselves. I highly recommend Terreno Studios for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The hotel also had a leisure swimming pool and a sun terrace, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun.
