I personally found the flat-screen TV in the room a bit too prominent, but I understand it's a common feature that many guests enjoy.

As youngsters, we loved the hip and safe atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown and Beale Street. The room was comfortable and had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The industrial look of the lobby is complemented by sleek, modern bedding. The in-house coffee shop is worth visiting, with options such as Bourbon Brews and black coffee. The valet service is friendly and fast, and the hotel is close to many restaurants and attractions.

The parking situation was inconvenient as there was no hotel parking lot and we had to park on the street. There were also limited luggage carts available, making it difficult to unload and load our belongings.

The breakfast options were delicious, with a hearty avo toast and oat milk cappuccino that I enjoyed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and warm, making me feel right at home.
