The pool area was enjoyable, with warm water and helpful staff. The cleaning service was attentive, even returning later when we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign. The food was delicious, and the location was great surrounded by activities. A family-friendly place with something for everyone. Will definitely return.

The beach access was a great bonus, and the outdoor sun terrace provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was also a convenient feature.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the room I was given was in need of maintenance, with a broken hairdryer and other issues.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay at a stunning resort with gorgeous pools and beautiful gardens. the location was perfect with easy access to the beach and other attractions. We loved the buffet breakfast and happy hour deals at the pool bar.

We found the reception area to be understaffed which led to long queues and a slow check-in process. the room we were given was in need of a refurbishment and didn't meet our expectations, although the bed was comfortable.

I recently stayed at Melia Villaitana for a few days and it was fantastic. The hotel is located in a charming village with unique and beautiful rooms, each with a lovely balcony and stunning views. The swimming pools are huge and the staff, especially Rachel, are incredibly friendly. The Italian restaurant is delicious and Raul was very helpful too. It's not close to Benidorm, but that turned out to be perfect because the city isn't nice at all. a great hotel experience.

I had the most amazing time at a beautiful location and venue. The rooms were spacious and had great balconies. The pool area was breathtaking, with plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The breakfast selection was delicious and had an omelette station. Despite a few minor issues with service at the bars and the slow food delivery, the overall experience was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the helpful and professional reception staff. The hotel is perfect for a golf getaway, with two great courses to play on. Although there were some maintenance and organization issues, I still had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a long weekend. I'll recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
