The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, right opposite the port in the Gothic Quarter. It was within walking distance to the beach and the cathedral, and there was also a metro station nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely rooftop terrace offering gorgeous views. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with hot dishes made to order. this hotel provided a 5-star experience.

We had a fantastic stay at The Serras in Barcelona. The guest relations team were excellent and really made us feel valued. They allowed us to leave our bags while we explored the city and even had them delivered to our room upon our return. The personal welcome card, chocolates, and amuse bouche were wonderful touches. The shower was voted the best we've ever had, and the silent Aircon/heater worked perfectly. The restaurant on-site had an excellent chef, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views. we had a truly enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
