Had a fantastic Christmas break at a beautiful hotel in a great location! the hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering stunning views. the hotel is situated conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. the peace and quiet of the resort made for a truly relaxing holiday.

A slight disappointment was the lack of on-site restaurant facilities. It would have been more convenient to have a restaurant within the hotel for easy access to meals.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and the daily maid service was a nice touch. it was a great value for the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was amazing and our room was spacious with a breathtaking balcony view of the sea and sunset. The location was great, with easy access to bus stations for tours and a short taxi ride to the hotel. The staff treated us like family, from the friendly receptionists to the pool staff. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our vacation.

the great apartment, i was pleasantly surprised - our apartment actually was a 2 levels apartment. there were a studio-room with kitchen, sleeping room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. the hotel is located pretty high, but there is a free bus for guests to get the beach. there are free wi-fi

The staff, especially Wiktor at the pool, were incredibly friendly and made our stay one of a kind. The spacious 2 bedroom apartment was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The heated pool and abundance of loungers and Balinese beds were great. The shuttle bus running every hour was a bonus, and the nearby shopping center and supermarkets made it convenient. The staff went above and beyond, with Mariane at reception even providing a discount code for our next visit. The kids activities may have been canceled, but Patricia from the animation team saved the day with face painting and coloring sheets. a fabulous hotel that we would happily return to.

The staff were really friendly and offered us a great upgrade for a reasonable price. The Wi-fi connection was reliable, especially on the lower floor of the apartment. The swimming pool area was nice and there were always available spots. The hotel's location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from plenty of bars and restaurants, and a short walk down to the beach area.
