The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the hallways and lobby. It smelled amazing throughout. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially during our late check-in at 11:30 PM. The location was convenient, as it was only around 15-20 minutes by car/taxi from the airport. The buffet breakfast offered was also of good quality and value.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's conveniently close to the supermarket, the bus stop to Madrid or the airport, and it's in a great area of Madrid. Plus, being close to the airport is a huge bonus for travelers. The staff was also amazing, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms had good facilities and were clean, making for a comfortable stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included, making it a great value for money.

The bed was as comfortable as ever and the room was clean. We were pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade that resolved a heating issue we had on the 1st floor. The hotel is conveniently located near lots of parking, shops, restaurants, and a petrol station. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Loved the lounge bar with a terrace. The Grill Don Jose restaurant was a hit in the area. Great facilities, including disabled access. Close to the beautiful Alcala de Henares. Business center and executive area available. Restaurant, bar, and free wifi throughout. Modern and avant-garde decoration. Impressive quality and professionalism.

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and had a nice view of the surrounding area. the hotel was conveniently located near the city center and had plenty of parking options available nearby.

There were numerous downsides to our stay. there was a loud pub located next door and we were kept up all night by the noise.
