Excellent location and friendly staff. Superb swimming pool and great options for children. Room upgrade was incredible.

The resort's location is a major advantage, being near the beach and offering beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for guests. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with prompt responses and a willingness to fulfill requests. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and varied, offering a great start to the day.

The language barrier can be a challenge as most staff members speak little to no English.

The all-inclusive option gave us easy access to food and drinks throughout the day, without worrying about extra expenses. the location was stunning, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. the hotel offered a fun pool and entertainment for the kids which was amazing.

The staff seemed understaffed and the service at the restaurant was poor, with no one to take drink orders and food frequently running low.

I'm happy to say that our recent stay at Vila Gale was truly enjoyable. The resort's location was perfect, just a short drive from Salvador Bahia Airport. The highlight for us was the abundance of activities available for kids, including surf initiation classes which my daughter absolutely loved. The two main big pools and proximity to the beach made it the ideal place for a fun-filled family vacation. The spacious rooms were comfortable, although the walls were a bit thin. The resort offered good food options, with highlights like the grill for lunch. The turtle project visit and diving in the natural pools in Praia de Forte were also memorable experiences. Despite a few drawbacks such as poor wifi and limited English-speaking staff, the overall price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this resort for a one-week holiday with kids. I had a great experience at Vila Gale and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Although they were always available for use, they were not always cleaned every day, which can be uncomfortable.
