The hotel is located in a quiet area, in the leafy Salamanca neighborhood, close to many points of interest and quality restaurants. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and luxury products in the bathroom. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the a la carte breakfast offers a wide range of options. Guests also enjoy the convenience of daily bottled water and access to quality shops nearby.

The gym's selection of music and lack of wipes or disinfectant spray could be improved.

The location is absolutely perfect, situated in one of Madrid's most elegant neighborhoods. I loved strolling around the beautiful Salamanca neighborhood, exploring the upscale shops and restaurants. The staff here is top-notch - they were so polite and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Not to mention, the bed was incredibly comfy, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, from the in-room safe to the soundproofed rooms.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city's best district for shopping and exploring. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast and welcome drinks were a nice touch. the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The room was on the smaller side for the price, and the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. the hotel lacked a rooftop terrace or pool, which would have been a nice feature to have during the hot summer months.

The rooms at Totem Madrid were beautifully designed with everything you need, and the bathrooms were great with high-quality toiletries. The spacious and light rooms offered a good view of the streets of Salamanca, located in one of the nicest parts of town. Excellent location within walking distance of all major attractions.

The service at Totem Madrid was exceptional. We wanted to surprise my mother with a birthday cake, but she woke up early and went out. The staff kindly delivered the cake to our room and only charged a small fee for the delivery. Their thoughtfulness made my grandmother's birthday even more special. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service.
