Great location on Gran Via, easy access to metro. My room was spacious and had a nice view. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Despite some small issues, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Affiliated By Melia to others.

Clean and comfortable rooms, with plenty of storage space and good-sized bathrooms. Great breakfast buffet with a wide range of hot and cold options, and lovely dining area. Convenient location with easy access to public transport, shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff who provide great service. Good value for money.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very centrally located and close to all major attractions, including the Royal Palace. The rooms are spacious with a great view and a well-functioning air conditioner. The breakfast is included and has a lot of options to choose from.

As young holiday goers, the central location was perfect for us. Everything we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walk. There were plenty of shopping options nearby, and a variety of places to eat and drink. The metro stop just outside the hotel made it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful, giving us a sense of security knowing that any problem would be dealt with quickly and professionally.

For our New Year's stay, we were glad to experience a comfortable and cozy room. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the packed water in the room. the hotel's location was a huge plus, as it was within walking distance of many attractions. we enjoyed the convenience of having a metro station nearby.

The room we stayed in was quite small, and we would have preferred a larger space. Communication with some staff members was also difficult due to the language barrier.

Very good location. Right next to Metro and halfway up Gran Via street. The room was recently refurbished and immaculate. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to others.
