The hotel is perfectly situated between the old and new towns of Barcelona, making it easy to explore. The staff are truly attentive, always ready with complimentary drinks and helpful advice. The breakfast buffet is a fantastic start to the day.

The heating and air conditioning system defaults to a cool 20 degrees, which can be uncomfortable. The noise from the music in the hallways can interrupt relaxation. The lighting doesn't allow for easy dimming.

Charming staff, convenient location, as the friendly team offered us complimentary coffee while we waited and we enjoyed easy access to major attractions just a short walk away from the central square.

All was wonderful.

Request a room away from the lobby for a quieter stay, as some can be noisy due to the main entrance traffic.

Consider me officially shocked

From the moment we checked in to our three-night stay, the service exceeded expectations. Our triple room upgrade gave us the space and privacy we needed. Each morning began with a delightful breakfast, and I can't forget the lovely bottle of champagne waiting for us! Truly a remarkable experience in every sense.

The hotel's location just off La Ramblas is perfect, with diverse shopping and dining options within walking distance. The staff, especially Ermin, goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The bathroom layout lacks privacy due to open designs.

while the staff were friendly and helpful, the air conditioning switched to heating at the worst possible times. also, the bathroom’s lack of separation is absolutely baffling, how can guests be expected to share such an open space? I've stayed at far better hotels that actually treat their guests with the respect they deserve, a welcome drink would’ve been nice, too.

the hotel is a stone's throw from the gothic quarter, just a 10-minute walk to the stunning cathedral of barcelona, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety, making it a great start to all my city adventures.

However, the banter from my neighbors made me feel like I was at an impromptu house party. Not exactly the tranquility I had in mind!

Only downside was the laughter echoing from the neighbors at dawn. it's like they were hosting an early morning soirée! Also, our room felt like a sound booth for a percussion concert.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a wonderful bar, and 24-hour reception. The staff found a valuable item I lost on my first visit, and they even sent a welcome drink! I’m excited to return next year!
