We had an outstanding breakfast experience at Hotel Madrid Centro, Affiliated By Melia. The spread of delicious cakes, tarts, cookies, churros, and waffles was a dessert lover's dream. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was huge. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and just steps away from Plaza de Espana and the metro. The personnel were kind and even made an effort to speak Italian. The wifi was super fast, allowing us to stream videos. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, excellent breakfast, and comfortable rooms.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to the metro and shopping area. It is excellent to visit all the attractions in the city, as it is just a few steps from Plaza de Espana and right in the city center. The staff at this hotel is amazing, providing great service and making sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

One aspect of this hotel that could be improved is the lack of a fridge and the absence of a glass of tea available. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, these small details would make the stay even better.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this centrally located hotel. the complimentary breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, just steps away from public transport and surrounded by plenty of dining and entertainment options. We also loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that we had a beautiful view from our high floor.

While the room was cozy, the dated furniture and small bed were a minor inconvenience. the shower took a while to warm up and the toilet paper quality could have been better.
