I had a brilliant time at Universal. Stayed for a week, exploring the charming town. The hotel's location was superb, just steps away from the beach, shopping street, and restaurants. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and perfect for families. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is perfect, close to the beach, shopping, and nightlife. the staff was helpful, attentive, and welcoming. the breakfast was good with a variety of options. the rooms were tidy with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The main disadvantage was that the bed was too firm, which made it hard to have a good night's sleep. the other downside was the noise coming from the nearby club, which was audible at night and may be disturbing for light sleepers.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel in the heart of the resort. It was so convenient to have everything at hand - shops, restaurants, and bars were all within walking distance. Our kids loved the daily room cleaning and fresh towels. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided beach towels, making it easier for us to enjoy our time on the sandy beach.
