I had a brilliant time at Universal. Stayed for a week, exploring the charming town. The hotel's location was superb, just steps away from the beach, shopping street, and restaurants. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and perfect for families. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The main disadvantage was that the bed was too firm, which made it hard to have a good night's sleep. The other downside was the noise coming from the nearby club, which was audible at night and may be disturbing for light sleepers.
