Stayed here over Christmas and had a decent experience. the rooms were clean and tidy, with a fridge and coffee making facilities available. the central location was convenient, with restaurants, liquor stores, and other amenities nearby. the value for money was excellent, making it a worthwhile choice for an affordable stay.

There were a few negatives to note. the heating in the room was broken, leaving us with only the bathroom heater for warmth.

We appreciated the Canadian military/veteran discount and the money-saving it brought. The hospitality and calm demeanor of the staff stood out and made us feel welcome. The large hot tub and dry sauna were perfect for relaxation after a long day of walking or hiking. The towels provided on site were a nice touch, and the motel was generally quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The Firepit Bar and Grill had the best smoked meat poutine we've ever had in 40 years. a perfect location with excellent service.
