The hotel Urban exceeded our expectations in every way. The location couldn't have been better, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself had a modern and chic design, with stylish communal areas and a fabulous rooftop bar. The room, although a bit narrow, had great storage and excellent facilities, including a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the small pool on the roof, perfect for a refreshing dip in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious options. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a noisy hallway and expensive drinks, we had a fantastic experience at the hotel Urban. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madrid.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb. We were able to walk to many attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the bathroom is both stylish and big. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices. The service is excellent and the hotel is in a great location. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The hotel decor and art pieces are awe-inspiring, while the dining areas add that extra touch to the experience. The little extras like sweet jars by the reception and a welcome drink at the roof bar make it feel like a class act. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions such as the Prado museum and Thyssen Bornemisza. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful museum-like decorations throughout the hotel. Additionally, the proximity to good restaurants and cocktail bars was a major plus. I could easily walk to all the sights and indulge in delicious food.

During our stay at Urban, we were delighted by the hotel's prime location. Being only a short walk away from The Prado, The Royal Palace, and The Cathedral, we were able to explore the city with ease. The surrounding area was filled with charming winding streets and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Friendly staff, beautiful decor, great amenities, and an excellent location for sightseeing. The room was exceptional, and our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

The lobby and rooms were decorated beautifully, with interesting art pieces from different parts of the world. the check-in process was smooth, and we were greeted with a glass of bubbles. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities. the doormen were friendly and helpful. the location was central, with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. the rooftop bar and terrace pool were a bonus, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

One downside was the noise level on our floor. We could hear activity and talking from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
