There were a few aspects that dampened our experience. the noise from neighboring rooms was also quite bothersome, as the thin walls allowed us to hear everything.

I had a last-minute change of plans and decided to stay at Hotel Urdanibia Park in Irun. And what a brilliant find it was! The room was spacious and the facilities were excellent, including a kettle and mugs in the room. The 3-course dinner deal for €18 per person, including half a bottle of wine, was a steal. The food choices were limited but delicious, especially the artichokes with ham and pesto as a starter. The service was friendly and efficient, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being located between two busy roads, the hotel had good soundproofing, so we didn't hear much noise. I even discovered a Lidl supermarket nearby for any travel necessities. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Irun.

Another great thing about the hotel was its wonderful breakfast options, which offered a variety of foods and beverages that were perfect for kick-starting my busy days. the hotel also had very friendly and helpful staff members that made my stay even more enjoyable.

I did not enjoy the quality of the pillows provided in my room, as they were flat and uncomfortable. the room got quite warm during the night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel while traveling through the region. The spacious family room was perfect for our needs, and our kids loved the petit park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing our dog in the cafeteria. The evening meal in the cafeteria was great, with a delicious salad. We also enjoyed the cheap and generous portions of brandy after dinner. The location was convenient, with easy access to the motorway junction and Channel ports.

The pillows on the bed could have been better, but the reception provided us with different ones upon request.

We stayed at a hotel very close to a supermarket, which was very convenient for us to grab some snacks and drinks. We also had the opportunity to eat in the cafe at the hotel, which served delicious meals. On weekdays, the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner, but it was not a problem for us as we found other dining options nearby. Additionally, the hotel's location near the San Sebastián airport was perfect for our travels.

That the air conditioning system in the rooms did not work, and we couldn't open the window due to traffic noise.

A most exceptional hotel, perfect for our stopover from Costa Blanca to the UK. The facilities were excellent, from the well-stocked bar to the tasty snacks. The staff were incredibly helpful and even gave us a ground floor room, ideal for our dog. Easy parking and a pleasant, traditional-style room added to the positive experience. The hotel offered a great rate and the bar had an amazing white wine at just 1.50 euro. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
