The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when the restaurant was closed, serving us delicious snacks and wine. The hotel's stunning location provided jaw-dropping views of the countryside, best enjoyed from the beautiful yards. The outstanding room had comfy beds, a nice bathroom, and plenty of space. Sleeping with the window open, surrounded by the refreshing scent of nature, was a mind-blowing experience. The hotel's convenient location on the hills allowed easy access to explore the Basque region with a rental car. Free and easy parking made our stay super convenient.

The breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice and a variety of options. We appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, allowing easy access to San Sebastián and Biarritz. Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as noise from neighboring rooms and a lack of clear signage for finding the hotel, overall I highly recommend staying at this exceptional place.

The constant noise from a nearby motorway did disrupt my sleep. the lack of a secondary armchair for relaxing in my room was a bit disappointing.

We had an amazing experience at this hidden gem up in the mountains. The value for money was excellent, and our room with its original beams and comfortable bed was just perfect. The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and open fields. The staff, especially the lady at reception who also served us dinner, were incredibly friendly and efficient.

The only small downside was the food for breakfast could have been better.
