We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent hot outdoor pool at Balkan. The temperature of the water in the cool section was more than 33 degrees, which was amazing, especially during the winter. We had a great time enjoying the pool and relaxing in the warm water. The experience definitely outweighed any minor drawbacks we encountered during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms on the 4th floor were just what I needed. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

We had a wonderful time during our trip. The hot mineral water pools were amazing and we loved the cozy atmosphere by the river. The breakfast was also great and we enjoyed the pancakes and mekitsi. The location was perfect with good restaurants nearby and excellent hiking trails.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The hotel was overcrowded and understaffed, leading to dirty pools and limited amenities. Our room lacked proper racks for our clothes and we only received one small towel each. The noise from outside was also disruptive, especially during the loud DJ music from the restaurant below us.
