I had an amazing stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with the ski lift just a short walk away. the room was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was simply fabulous. What really stood out to me was the extremely helpful and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to assist with everything, even arranging for us to have an extra morning of skiing on our last day. It was much appreciated. I also loved the fact that they provided a private ski locker, where they brought our skis and gear for us. This level of service is unique to this hotel and definitely a major plus. I had a wonderful experience at Val De Neu G.L.

I recently stayed at Hotel Val De Neu in Baqueira Beret for a few days of skiing. The hotel's prime location near the funicular made it super convenient for hitting the slopes. The dedicated kids' zone with a swimming pool and play area was a hit with my family. The cozy fireplace zone on the first floor was the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail in the evening. The pleasant smell upon entering and the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience. Comfy beds, nice little treats, and thoughtful touches like lip balm made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts and the village center. At night, guests can enjoy three different restaurants to choose from, offering a variety of dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, always willing to help and assist guests with anything they need. Breakfast is a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious food to start the day. Some rooms even offer stunning views of the beautiful valley.

One downside is the limited view from some of the rooms.

Felt very much at home, nothing to complain about.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. the impeccable service provided by the staff was second to none. the luxurious amenities in the room were perfect, including the top quality linens and toiletries. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant and the spa was a true haven of relaxation, with a variety of treatments available. the outdoor pool was stunning, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

Despite the outstanding service and amenities, the hotel's location required a bit of a trek to get to the ski lifts. the hotel did provide a shuttle service which mostly made up for this minor inconvenience.

Great Xmas break with top-notch room, excellent location, and outstanding service in Spain. the friendly staff at the front desk provided excellent tips and recommendations. the restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast host accommodated our early departure. the ski rental and school were top-notch. And the tour guide shared the best ski-sceneries while the Fondue dinner was epic. the kids skiing school was a resounding success, and the hotel was conveniently situated across from the lifts and ski lockers.

Paid for spa access, which is the only way to enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi, it would be more inclusive to have free access for all guests. an entertainment show at night would be nice, as there is not much to do after a long day of skiing.
