We had a fantastic stay at this amazing hotel! The location was perfect, right on the marina, which made for beautiful views and easy access to all the local bars and restaurants. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always there to assist us. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with the utmost comfort. The hotel had a great range of amenities, including room service, car hire, and even a beautiful garden terrace where we could relax and enjoy a cup of tea.

I would highly recommend this place to all my friends! They will definitely love the great location, excellent service, and luxurious rooms.

The hotel was in a great location, with a marina and a good selection of restaurants nearby. It was convenient for someone like me, who was on a bed and breakfast basis and wanted easy access to dining options. The room overlooking the pool was comfortable and well-equipped. It had all the amenities I needed, including a powerful shower and a good selection of toiletries.- The entertainment provided by the hotel was enjoyable, with cheery performers who didn't impose themselves on guests who wanted a quieter experience.- The barman's gesture of offering free snacks, such as fruit and cakes, around the pool during the day was a lovely touch. It added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

The frequency of bedsheet changes was not satisfactory. During my 10-day stay, the bedsheets were only changed three times, which didn't meet my expectations for cleanliness.

The hotel had nice towels and the pool area was clean and well organized. the terrace bar had a great atmosphere and amazing views. the staff was respectful and friendly.

The shower was difficult to use and could easily flood the floor. the dress code was enforced unfairly and there was a charge to use the in-room safe.

I was amazed by the exceptional service I received at Valentin. When there was a leak in my bathroom, the maintenance team quickly resolved the issue. Furthermore, when my room had a sewage problem, the staff acted promptly and relocated me to a larger room near the restaurant. To compensate for the inconvenience, they even brought me a platter of sliced fruit and a bottle of cava. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and apologetic throughout the ordeal. Despite these mishaps, the rest of my holiday went smoothly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel. The restaurant staff, especially Gloria, Manoli, and Joanna, made me feel welcomed and always had a smile for me. Lastly, the abundance of sunbeds by the pool was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Valentin Star Menorca for a week-long getaway and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was amazing, always wearing smiles and eager to assist. The rooms were excellent with perfect air conditioning and comfortable beds. The hotel's location next to the Marina allowed for delightful dining experiences and the night entertainment was superb. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices at the bars and the seamless check-in and check-out process.

As young holiday goers, we loved the wide variety of delicious food options for breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The pool area was great, with entertaining activities during the day and lively music in the evenings. No need to worry about finding a sunbed, there were always plenty available. a fantastic experience.

I had an amazing value for my money at Valentin Star Hotel in Menorca. The room was spacious and had a lovely terrace overlooking the pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to beautiful beaches and coves. The staff treated us incredibly well, providing cold towels and water upon arrival, granting us early check-in, and being helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety, such as options like a goat cheese and walnut salad with sundried tomatoes and raspberry dressing.
