I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, everything was absolutely amazing! The location was just perfect, nestled in a beautiful forested area with lush gardens and an abundance of greenery. It felt like a tranquil oasis away from the busy city life. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly bell staff/porter who helped me with my luggage to the attentive housekeeping who kept my room spotless. I also took advantage of the car hire service they offered, making it convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas.

Recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were super friendly with the kids. The setting with all the trees surrounding the resort was beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the pool.

The hotel offers a great experience for families with kids, with various pools and kids club activities. the daily entertainment, performed by the animation team, was amazing, including a Lion King show and fire eating. the friendly staff made us feel welcomed and helped us with our needs. the hotel location was convenient, just a short distance from the beach and other attractions.

The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat. the food served during the evening meal was not great and lacked variety, with limited vegetarian options.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-oriented resort. the staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. the entertainment team was one of the best we've come across, with shows and entertainment always to a high standard. the all-inclusive drinks were not expensive, unlike some other resorts. the air-conditioned rooms were a life saver in the heat. We also appreciated the massage services available and the varied food options. the pools were great, not overcrowded, and there was a cool kids pool. Plus, there's a Lidl across the street for convenience. a wonderful experience for our family.

We had a great stay at the hotel! the staff, including Antonio, Pedro, Sebastian, Maria de Lluc. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. the hotel had amazing facilities, including three pools that were perfect for our toddler. the food was fantastic, especially the poolside snack bar with a variety of options available all day. the hotel was also conveniently located, with lots to do within walking distance and a free shuttle to the beach.
