Great location, walking distance to the charming village of Laguardia with bars and restaurants. Excellent value, upgraded room, beautiful garden and pool. Helpful staff, who assisted with reservations, stored luggage, and provided recommendations. Delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. Plentiful parking and easy access to the old town.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in beautiful gardens, outside the city walls, was simply stunning. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with top-notch services such as room service, car hire, and 24-hour room service. The bell staff/porter were always attentive and ready to assist. The hotel also had shops/commercial services and a laundry facility, which were very convenient. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The in-room air conditioning made the room comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and free toiletries. The television and hi-fi system provided entertainment, and the flat-screen TV was a nice addition. The overall service and facilities of this hotel were truly exceptional.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was a short walk to the charming old village center and close to the picturesque Rioja vineyards. The area surrounding the hotel was stunningly beautiful, with breathtaking views of the mountains and bodegas nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided polite and welcoming service. The hotel also had a large pool area and beautiful gardens, perfect for relaxing during the summer months.

The reception staff could have been more helpful in providing local knowledge and information about small events happening in the area.

During my stay at Hotel Silken Villa De, I was thrilled to discover the free glass of wine voucher we received upon check-in. It was a lovely gesture that made us feel welcome right from the start. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, providing a comfortable experience. The location of the hotel in the charming town was also a great highlight, with delightful tapas and beautiful surroundings. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great spa with excellent facilities and helpful staff. the pool and outdoor space were amazing, perfect for spending an afternoon relaxing. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed. the hotel was located within walking distance of many attractions in town.

While the bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms were outdated and in need of renovation. the breakfast served was mediocre and the coffee provided by a machine was not to our liking.

Great location, helpful staff, large and comfortable rooms, excellent outdoor space and pool, fantastic restaurant, superb wine.
