I had a great experience at Villa San Juan. The hotel is located in a nice old district, away from the typical holiday resorts, and it allowed me to experience more Spanish culture. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that provided a nice view. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Beatrix Dominguez, the duty receptionist, who went above and beyond to assist us after we were robbed. She had excellent English skills and helped us contact the police, calming us down and making a horrible experience bearable. Her kindness and care were truly appreciated. I wish her all the success she deserves in her career.

The pillows were not to my liking, as they had an odd thickness. Additionally, there was no soundproofing in the rooms, which resulted in being woken up multiple times by slamming doors and other noises.

The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The added bonus of a car garage made parking hassle-free. The staff went above and beyond, organizing a special surprise for our wedding anniversary. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in San Juan.
