I had a great experience at Villa San Juan. the hotel is located in a nice old district, away from the typical holiday resorts, and it allowed me to experience more Spanish culture. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that provided a nice view. the staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. I especially want to mention Beatrix Dominguez, the duty receptionist, who went above and beyond to assist us after we were robbed. She had excellent English skills and helped us contact the police, calming us down and making a horrible experience bearable. Her kindness and care were truly appreciated. I wish her all the success she deserves in her career.

The hotel was clean and nicely presented, with friendly and helpful staff. the parking facility was safe and convenient, and the availability of WiFi in the room was a great advantage. the room itself was great, with good facilities, including a coffee pod machine. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The pillows were not to my liking, as they had an odd thickness. Additionally, there was no soundproofing in the rooms, which resulted in being woken up multiple times by slamming doors and other noises.

I arrived at Hotel Villa and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The added bonus of a car garage made parking hassle-free. The staff went above and beyond, organizing a special surprise for our wedding anniversary. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in San Juan.

We had a very relaxing overnight stay at Hotel Villa in San Juan. The large room had a lovely balcony, a surprising amenity that we rarely find in hotels. The location was great, with two parks nearby for our four-year-old to enjoy. We also found plenty of amenities within walking distance, including banks, takeaways, restaurants, and bars. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
