I loved staying here because it was in the right neighbourhood with lots of food options and close to the center of town. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, even offering me an early check-in and late check-out to fit my travel plans. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed, including a comfy bed and nice little extras like free nespresso coffee. The breakfast was amazing with so many different options and a good mix of healthy and indulgent choices.

The room I booked, a deluxe with a window, was surprisingly quiet, considering I am a light sleeper. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I was transferred to a larger room when available. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the mini-bar. the comfort and convenience of this place made my stay in Madrid enjoyable and stress-free.

The thin walls and lack of soundproofing. We could hear other guests' conversations and doors slamming all night, which was unpleasant.
