Felt totally relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

The pools were surrounded by palm trees and plants, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. There were always free sunbeds available, and they even had lovely Balinese beds by one of the pools. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with endless fresh fruit, bread, and cooked dishes. The evening buffet was just as impressive, with freshly cooked fish and meat and a wide variety of sides and desserts. The villa I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine and a luxurious hot tub. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable holiday experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Adeje. the staff at Vincci were always polite and eager to help. the views from the hotel are breathtaking, especially from our sea view room. the pools at the hotel were excellent, with both heated and cold water options. the hotel's location in a nice part of Adeje was a bonus, away from the craziness of the strip but still within walking distance if we wanted a cheaper beer. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. a wonderful holiday experience.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at a wonderful hotel. the customer service was excellent, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks each day. the hotel’s location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions.

The location is excellent, with many local restaurants on the seafront and a long flat promenade to enjoy a walk and experience the local culture. The hotel facilities are impressive, with a beautiful outside dining area for breakfast and dinner. The staff are attentive and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located on a hillside overlooking Adeje, giving guests breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It is also just a short distance away from the beautiful El Duque beach, allowing guests easy access to one of the nicest beaches in the area. Guests can also enjoy dining at El Mercado restaurant, which offers delicious meals and a pleasant dining experience.

This hotel has exclusive amenities, such as a Spa & wellness centre that offers massage and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area and has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to relax. the restaurant serves delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus, and the bar area offers perfect coctails.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of night entertainment after dinner. everything else made up for it, especially with the exceptional service of the staff.
