This place has an excellent location, right next to the sea. We had a spacious room with a large balcony overlooking the ocean, which was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always made sure we had everything we needed and provided great service. The food was also excellent, with a variety of options available. We especially liked the all-inclusive program, where we could wear a yellow strip and not worry about anything else. we had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

There is absolutely nothing to do in the area surrounding the hotel, as it is quite small with only a few quiet shops. However, this didn't bother us as we were able to explore other parts of the island and take part in various activities recommended by the hotel staff.

The view is awesome, staff is friendly, pool area is great, breakfast is delicious, rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to nearby golf courses, making it a perfect choice for golf enthusiasts like myself. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and provided excellent service throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with efficiency and warmth, and the attention to detail was evident in the upgraded family room I was given. With its spacious layout, sea view, and balcony, it truly enhanced my comfort and provided a touch of luxury.

The pool area, though not large, was attractive, clean, and had plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. Additionally, there were several restaurants in the vicinity, as well as small shops and a supermarket for convenience.

The hotel is located in a great area, right on the seafront and close to amenities such as shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The new walkways to the marina and nearby areas made exploring the surroundings much easier.

We stayed at a hotel located on the south coast of Tenerife, close to the sea. The location was great for those who enjoy a windy and noisy atmosphere. The room we had was spacious, with a large bathroom. The staff provided good service and tried their best to communicate in English. The breakfast, although not exceptional, was satisfactory. One of the advantages of the hotel was its proximity to a restaurant.

The hotel lacked entertainment and sport activities.

Just returned from a stay at this stunning hotel on our anniversary and it was incredible! the junior suite overlooking the sea was absolutely gorgeous, with a private balcony where we could practically touch the ocean. the room was spotless thanks to the attentive housekeeping, and the staff were beautiful people. Vincci had even arranged a complimentary bottle of champagne for us, which was a lovely touch. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of hot food, fruits, pastries, and breads. the location was perfect for us, with a short walk in either direction along the coast leading to a quaint selection of restaurants and bars.

We had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and near some amazing seafood restaurants. the family suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our toddler had a blast playing in the pool and our teenager enjoyed the gym and the reliable WiFi connection. We also loved the fact that the food at the hotel was fantastic, with made to order options for dinner and delicious snacks like burgers and pizzas available throughout the day. it was a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

While our stay was mostly great, there were a few downsides. the breakfast quality was poor, with not-so-hot food and limited options.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at a hotel in a beautiful and serene location. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, particularly Victor at reception who went out of his way to assist me. My superior suite was spacious and impeccably clean, with a huge terrace and a comfortable four-poster bed. The hotel is conveniently located near plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

They provided us with all the necessary information and assistance we needed, making our trip hassle-free. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The hotel also offers great facilities like room service, car hire, and laundry service.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The building and management may have let down some guests, but the staff and service here are top-notch.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. the hotel was clean and tidy with great amenities. the staff were accommodating, friendly and always available to help. the location was perfect - close to a variety of restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation.

The Wi-Fi, which was not free and the signal was weak at times. But this was only a minor inconvenience compared to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
