I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in the heart of Madrid. The value for my money was fantastic, with a clean and spacious room that had excellent facilities, including an amazing bathroom with two separate sinks and a large bath. The location was perfect for both shopping and sightseeing, and the staff at the reception were always welcoming, kind, and helpful. I especially loved the rooftop with its beautiful view of the main street.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The main squares are just around the corner, and the many restaurants and shops are a plus. The room is well decorated, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast offers a good selection of food and drinks.

The gym is small and lacks equipment, it would be better if there were more machines available.

I had an amazing stay at Vincci Via – 66 in Madrid. The value for money was excellent, the room was spacious with a fantastic roof terrace offering stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main sites, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection, as it could have had a bit more variety.

The room amenities were top-notch and included everything we could have wanted, like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The in-room safe and free wi-fi provided us with peace of mind and the soundproofed rooms ensured a good night's sleep.

During my recent Thanksgiving trip, I stayed at a hotel that impressed me with its key location right in the heart of the city. The complementary hot cocoa was a nice touch that I enjoyed every morning along with a teapot in the room. the hotel's funny decor of public areas was a pleasant surprise. All these factors combined to make my stay quite enjoyable.

The limited choice of hot dishes and no fruits or vegetables at breakfast was a bit disappointing. the staff working late evening was not very helpful and lacked the information that the day reception staff had.
