I stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The location is fantastic, with beautiful beaches and a clean area. I enjoyed dining at the Italian and Japanese restaurants, which had delicious food. The kids play area, located near the main restaurant, was convenient for families. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided good service, and the breakfast had a great selection. the hotel had excellent facilities and advantages for guests.

The entertainment at night was a bit disappointing.

Great staff, delicious food, and plenty of pools to choose from. Kids loved the mini golf, disco, and water bucket pool. All-inclusive includes yummy cocktails. Manager was very helpful. Staff made my kids feel special. Will definitely return.

The hotel facilities were great for families and there was a variety of delicious food at reasonable prices. the location was very close to the beach and to other tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating specific needs.

The pool area was a bit crowded and could get noisy at times. the lack of shade in certain areas made it difficult to relax comfortably while outdoors.

We had a luxurious stay here with an exclusive range of amenities, including a beautiful outdoor pool and spa facilities. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the location was also a plus, with easy beach access and a sun terrace providing stunning views.

The only minor issue we experienced was a slight delay in check-in. the staff quickly resolved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.

Helpful staff, bright airy reception. Champagne on arrival, great buffet breakfast. Clean spacious rooms, nightly entertainment. Poolside cabanas, relaxing atmosphere.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Zafiro. The facilities were perfect for families, especially those with young children. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to help. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The food and service were great, and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist was attentive and arranged our taxi for a timely return to the airport. There were plenty of pools and activities for the kids, and the kids club was a hit with our children.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had a wide range of facilities, including multiple pools and a children's club with daily activities. The breakfast offered delicious options, including almond, oat, and soymilk. The hotel also provided rooms to change in and allowed us to keep our all-inclusive cards all day, even after check out.
