My family and I recently had an amazing holiday at a beautiful resort. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, as we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious cuisines throughout our stay. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the pool bar was a hit with both adults and kids. The resort's location was ideal, with the beach, restaurants, and car rental just a short walk away. The staff provided exceptional service, and the hotel grounds and rooms were superb.

That the cocktails at the resort were a bit weak, especially considering the price.

I recently stayed at Zafiro Palace in Palma Nova for a family holiday trip. The hotel is well-equipped, very clean, and perfect for kids with its mini Aquapark, kids club, and evening entertainment programs. The buffet food is delicious and the hotel's location close to the beach is a great advantage. The staff is friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a welcome retreat after a day of activities. Thank you, Zafiro, for the lovely hospitality.

This hotel has exclusive amenities such as a heated swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace. The Spa & wellness centre is fantastic with steam room, sauna, and a Turkish bath. The location has excellent beach access. The staff is friendly and professional providing great service. The restaurant serves a delicious continental breakfast and provides in-room breakfast.

The hotel has limited live entertainment. However, this is a minor issue that did not detract from the overall experience.
