I recently stayed at Zenit in San Sebastian for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel rooms were incredibly clean and modern, with plenty of space. The location was great, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and their taxi service was excellent, with minimal wait times. it was a top-notch experience.

The breakfast was excellent and the cost per night was very reasonable. The hotel's rooftop jacuzzi offered a great way to relax and enjoy the sunset. I really got my money's worth at Zenit. The room was great, clean and modern with a lovely decor. The location was perfect, a short walk to the old town and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was impressive. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the available taxi and bike rentals to explore the area. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions.

The hotel fell short of our expectations. the hot tub was out of order and not available for use, and the location was far from the beach and the city center.

Easy check-in, quiet room, good bathroom/shower and towels, on-site parking, good value compared to other Bilbao hotels.

I recently stayed at a lovely modern hotel in a new area of the city. The room on the top floor was incredibly spacious, with a lounge area, double bath, double shower, and two sinks. The bed was also wide and comfortable. The modern décor and quirky posters gave the room a cool and stylish vibe. The rooftop spa and sunbathing area were a real treat, and the dining area, although I didn't have breakfast, looked popular. The hotel also had easy parking, making it convenient for guests.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I loved the location in a residential area next to a wooded hill, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The service was excellent with very friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist. They offered great amenities such as room service, bicycle hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a TV. I also appreciated the buffet breakfast, which had a good range of options to choose from.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but it's still within walking distance of all the main attractions. It's in a nice neighborhood close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with modern décor and comfortable beds. Furthermore, the staff is warm, friendly, and competent.

The breakfast buffet is quite expensive and not worth the price.

My recent stay at Zenit was excellent from start to finish. the service at reception was friendly and welcoming, and the staff throughout the hotel were excellent. the room had a modern and trendy design with plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. the free Wi-Fi was excellent and the bathroom was big. the restaurant offered delicious traditional/local dishes at great value for money. I was very impressed and will definitely look out for a Zenit hotel again next time I travel.

Clean, modern and quiet place to stay. Convenient location near city center. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Lovely solarium with jacuzzi. Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious and reasonably priced lunch. Secure underground parking. Easy walk to old town. Majority of guests are business people.
