The double room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely view overlooking the jungle. Waking up to birds singing felt like a peaceful retreat! the spacious bathroom was a nice touch, and having a tea maker was perfect for enjoying a warm cup in the mornings. It felt like a little slice of paradise.

The 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the city was a bit annoying, but it’s just my preference.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Aayu Hanthana Boutique Hotel in Kandy with our cavachon dog. the serene setting, surrounded by wildlife, provided a much-needed escape while still being a short tuk-tuk ride to the city. Rukshan and the staff were exceptionally helpful, enhancing our time with local insight and arrangements. the delicious breakfast and relaxing pool were highlights, making it a memorable experience.

The views were even more STUNNING than the photos—absolutely breathtaking. I’d totally choose this place again for the peace and charm!

Aayu Hanthana Boutique is a stunning property in a serene location. the pool offers great views of the forest, and the rooms are clean and beautifully designed. the manager, Rukshan, is incredibly helpful in arranging transport and activities, making your stay effortless. the food was tasty, with breakfast served onsite, and numerous complimentary snacks offered. You’ll feel right at home here!

The general areas were well-appointed and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. Plus, the accessibility was great, allowing me to move around comfortably and enjoy the serene surroundings.

More support for the children working there would make the vacation even better for senior people.
