Spent Christmas at a waterfront hotel with great amenities. Enjoyed the use of the swimming pool as well as the free WIFI. the location was excellent as it was close to shops and restaurants, and the waterfront provided a great walk. the bed was comfortable too!

The room was not as clean as expected, with some furniture and floor stains. It was also not possible to cook crab and seafood inside the room, which was a bit of a letdown.

Our recent stay at the waterfront apartment was excellent. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a perfect location for a family holiday. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and we didn't even need a car. The staff were attentive and quick to address any issues that arose. We especially enjoyed the bonus of having Netflix available on the TV. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at these waterfront apartments. The location was great, being very close to the main shopping strip and near the sea. We loved how convenient it was to everything around Lakes Entrance. The apartment itself was spacious and functional, with a well-decorated and modern design. The staff was very helpful, especially over the phone.

The lack of available internet and difficulty with the check-in process were a bit frustrating.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, just one block away from the restaurants and across from a beautiful lake, is perfect for exploring the area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms have great views out to the North Arm and are equipped with comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

The location of our accommodation was perfect. It was in a quiet area, away from the noise of the main street, but still within easy walking distance to all the shops and attractions. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, as it overlooked the serene lake. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided.

The lack of staff presence was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have someone greet us upon arrival and be available to address any issues that arose during our stay.
